a fictional location I'd like to live in

Storybrooke would be my choice.

Storybrooke is the town from 'Once Upon A Time'. It's full of magic, chaos and adventure, and although it would definitely take some getting used to, I'm pretty sure after a while, once you were more used to the town, it would be a really fun, interesting and adventurous place to live. Also, it's full of storybook characters including all the new and classic Disney characters and some other strange but cool choices like Frankenstein and Jekyll and Hyde.
